3. Remove bolts (3) that hold bonnet (2) to the transmission oil cooler.4. Remove bolts (1) that hold bonnet (2) to the engine block.5. Remove bonnet (2) from the transmission oil cooler and the cylinder block. 6. Remove bolts (4) that hold engine oil cooler (5) in position, and remove engine oil cooler (5) and adapter (6). 7. Remove adapter (6) from engine oil cooler (5).8. Remove the O-ring seals from adapter (6). 9. Clean the tube bundles in the engine oil cooler with a 3.20 mm (.125 in) diameter rod as shown. The following steps are for the installation of the engine oil cooler:10. Check all the seals and the gaskets. If damaged, use new parts for replacement. Put clean oil on all the O-ring seals. 11. Install the O-ring seals on adapter (6), and install adapter (6) in engine oil cooler (5). 12. Put the engine oil cooler in position on the engine, and install bolts (4) that hold it to the engine. 13. Install the O-ring seals on bonnet (2), and install the gaskets. 14. Put bonnet (2) in position, and install bolts (3) that hold bonnet (2) to engine oil cooler (5) and the transmission oil cooler.15. Install bolts (1) that hold bonnet (2) to the cylinder block. Refer to the Topic "Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities" in the "Operation and Maintenance Manual" for the proper filling procedure and the proper levels for the hydraulic system and the cooling system.
