Drive the machine to a smooth, horizontal surface.

Move propel lever (1) to the NEUTRAL position.
Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.
Place the engine in ECO mode or low idle.

Select "Main Menu" (3) on the machine display.
Select "Machine Setup" (4).

Select "Engine Spd Sw" (5).

Select "ECO" (6) or "Low" (7).

Move engine start switch (8) to the OFF position.

Unlock latch (9) and open engine compartment door (10) on the right side of the machine.
Assemble the tooling. Connect Tool (B) to Tool (C). Connect Tool (A) to Tool (B).

Connect Tool (C) to pressure tap (11). This pressure tap is located in port "G" of the edge cutter manifold.Note: If necessary, raise the edge cutter to relieve pressure and connect the tooling to the pressure tap.
Move engine start switch (8) to the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Move parking brake switch (2) to the OFF position.

Depress edge cutter raise switch (12). Fully raise the edge cutter.
Operate the hydraulic system until the oil temperature reaches the test temperature of 45 °C (113 °F).

Place a block of wood or similar surface under the edge cutter wheel to prevent damage to the edge cutter.

Depress edge cutter lower switch (13). Fully lower the edge cutter. Hold the edge cutter switch, and read pressure on Tool (A). The pressure should be 10000 1000 kPa (1450 145 psi).
Release edge cutter lower switch (13).
Depress edge cutter raise switch (12). Fully raise the edge cutter.
Place the engine in ECO mode or low idle.
Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.
Move engine start switch (8) to the OFF position.
If the pressure is inside the specified range, go to Step 25. If the pressure is outside the specified range, go to Step 21.

Loosen locknut (15).
To increase pressure, rotate adjustment screw (14) clockwise. To decrease pressure, rotate the adjustment screw counterclockwise.
Hold adjustment screw (14), and tighten locknut (15).
Retest the edge cutter relief valve. Go to Step 9.
Remove tooling from pressure tap (11).
Close the right engine compartment door.
