Group Number 1
Group 1 consists of machines with pin-on attachmentswithout coupler lines. Illustration 1
Remove the side panel from the right side of themachine. (See Illustration 1)

Remove the 246-0472 Tube (1), implement valveconnector (2), both test ports (3), implement supply connectors (4), andsteering supply connectors (5). (See Illustration 2)

Install one 9S-8004 Plug and one 3J-1907 Seal-O-Ring(6). Tighten to a torque of 48 + Nm.
Install one 085-7356 Fitting and one 3J-1907 Seal-O-Ring(7). Tighten to a torque of 48 + 5 Nm. Re-install the test portand tighten to a torque of 48 + 5 Nm.
Install one 6V-9005 Elbow with one 5K-9090 Seal-O-Ringand one 7M-8485 Seal-O-Ring (8). Tighten to a torque of 300 + 30Nm.

Install one 8T-1120 Tee (9) with one 2S-4078 Seal-O-Ring,one 5K-9090 Seal-O-Ring, and one 6V-9746 Seal-O-Ring. Tighten to a torqueof 350 + 35 Nm.
Install one 6V-8637 Connector (10) with one 3D-2824Seal-O-Ring and one 6V-9746 Seal-O-Ring. Tighten to a torque of 190 +15 Nm. Install one 6V-9853 Elbow with one 6V-9746 Seal-O-Ring. Tightento a torque of 190 + 15 Nm. Connect the 241-6483 Steering SupplyHose and tighten to a torque of 125 + 15 Nm.
Install one 211-3581 Hose Assembly between thetop of the 8T-1120 Tee and the 6V-9005 Elbow. Tighten each end to a torqueof 165 + 15 Nm.
Install one 6V-9832 Cap to the bottom of the 8T-1120Tee (11) ?not shown. Tighten to torque of 125 + 15 Nm.
10) Re-install side panels.Group Number 2
Group 2 consists of machines with coupler supplylines.
Follow steps 1-8 for Group 1.
Install one 9X-6580 Nut, 6V-8941 Reducer withone 6V-8397 Seal-O-Ring. Tighten to a torque of 125 + 15 Nm. Replacethe 242-0078 Coupler Supply Hose with a 280-9178 Hose Assembly. Tighteneach end to a torque of 55 + 5 Nm.
Re-install side panels.
Group Number 3
Group 3 consists of machines with 5thand 6th function supply lines. Illustration 5
Follow steps 1-8 for Group 1.
Install one 6V-9839 Tee (13) with two 6V-9746Seal-O-Rings. Tighten to 125 +15/-0 Nm.
Install one 9X-6580 Nut (14), 6V-8941 Reducerwith one 6V-8397 Seal-O-Ring. Tighten to a torque of 125 + 15 Nm.Replace the 242-0078 coupler supply hose with a 280-9178 hose assembly.Tighten each end to 55 + 5 Nm.
Install one 6V-8943 Reducer (15) with one 7J-9108Seal-O-Ring. Tighten to a torque of 125 + 15 Nm.
Connect the 244-0735 Steering Supply Hose andtighten to a torque of 125 + 15 Nm.
Re-install side panels.
