2. Disconnect two wire harnesses (1). Remove bolts (2) and the bracket that holds the wire harnesses in place. Disconnect wire (3) and remove clips (4).3. Close three fuel valves (5) across the back of the fuel tank. 4. Disconnect two cables (6) from the starter solenoid and remove clip (7). 5. Disconnect fuel lines (8) from the fuel system and air line (9) from the governor control rotochamber. 6. Remove nuts and bolts (10) from both sides of the engine front support. 7. Remove nuts and bolts (11) from both sides of the transmission support. 8. Fasten a hoist to the power pack as shown. Lift the power pack until it is clear of the filler tube for the differential. Remove the power pack from the scraper. Weight is 6000 lb. (2700 kg).Install Power Pack
1. Fasten a hoist and put the power pack in position on the scraper. 2. Install bolts and nuts (1) on both sides of the engine front support. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 320 15 lb.ft. (435 20 N m). 7. Install bolts and nuts (2) on both sides of the transmission support. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 320 15 lb.ft. (435 20 N m). 8. Connect fuel lines (3) to the fuel system and air line (4) to the governor control rotochamber. 9. Connect cables (6) to the starter solenoid and install clip (5). 10. Open the three fuel valves (11) across the back of the fuel tank.11. Put the bracket on the wire harnesses in position and install bolts (7). Connect wire harnesses (10). Connect wire (8) and install clips (9).12. Fasten a hoist and install the hood over the transmission.end by:a) install drive shaft
