Remove the belt from the engine. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belts - Inspect/Adjust/Replace".

Remove bolts (1) and install Tooling (A) .
Remove remaining bolts (1) and the spacer.
Slide first vibration damper (2) forward. Attach a suitable lifting device onto first vibration damper (2) . The weight of vibration damper (2) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Remove first vibration damper (2) from the adapter.
Remove the pulley.

Slide second vibration damper (3) forward. Attach a suitable lifting device onto second vibration damper (3) . The weight of vibration damper (3) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Remove second vibration damper (3) from adapter (5) .
Attach a suitable lifting device onto adapter (5) . The weight of adapter (5) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). Remove bolts (4) and adapter (5) .Installation Procedure
