Move the machine to a smooth horizontal location. Move away from any machines that are working and any personnel.
Activate the parking brakes. Stop the engine.
Permit only one operator on the machine. Either keep other personnel away from the machine, or keep other personnel in the sight of the operator.
Place wheel chocks in front of the wheels and behind the wheels. Test Procedure

(1) Cover
Remove cover (1) from the top of the platform group.

(2) Test port
(3) Fill port
Remove plug from test port (2) and install tooling (F).
Connect tooling (A) to tooling (F).
Start the system and raise the steps to check the pressure. The pressure should be 17250 350 kPa (2500 50 psi).
Remove all tooling and install the removed plug at test port (2), and the cover on the top of the platform group.
