2. Remove the clamp that holds oil inlet line (3) to oil outlet line (2). Remove lines (3) and (2) from the turbocharger and engine.3. Loosen hose clamps (1). 4. Remove bracket bolt (4) from elbow (6).5. Remove four bolts (7) that fasten elbow (6) to the exhaust manifold.6. Remove four nuts (8) that hold the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold.7. Remove turbocharger (5) and the gasket from the exhaust manifold.Install Turbocharger
1. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of the studs that hold the turbocharger in place. Also, put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the elbow to exhaust manifold bolts.2. Put the gasket and turbocharger (1) in position on the exhaust manifold. Install four nuts (2) that hold the turbocharger in place. Tighten them to a torque of 54 5.5 N m (40 4 lb. ft.). 3. Install oil inlet line (6) and oil outlet line (7) on the engine and turbocharger. Install the clamp that holds lines (6) and (7) together.4. Tighten hose clamps (4).5. Install elbow (6) on the exhaust manifold.6. Install bolt (3) that fastens the pipe assembly to elbow (6).7. Install the muffler.
