Reworking SystemOne standard links to provide a smooth transition within the link assembly and the replacement 70% worn link boxes is as follows:

Perform the same procedure as you have for conventional track links (milling, grinding, or etc).

No Grinder burn allowed on finished rail surface
?
Deburr sharp edges.
Custom Track Service (CTS)
When performing Custom Track Service on new boxes and 70% worn link boxes, refer to the following wear charts found in following:
