2. Remove bolts (2) and tube assembly (1) from the hydraulic tank. 3. Remove relief valve (3). Remove the O-ring seal from the relief valve. The following steps are for installation of the brake oil cooler relief valve.4. Install the O-ring seal on relief valve (3). Install relief valve (3), and tighten it to a torque of 160 N m (120 lb ft).5. Put tube assembly (1) in position, and install bolts (2) that hold it.6. Put the gasket and tank side cover in position on the hydraulic tank, and install the bolts that hold it.7. Fill the front section of the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Start By:a. remove brake oil cooler relief valve 1. Remove plug (5) from body (1). Remove shims (4) from plug (5).2. Remove spring (3) and valve (2) from body (1). The following steps are for assembly of the brake oil cooler relief valve.3. Put valve (2) and spring (3) in position in body (1).4. Put shims (4) in position in plug (5).5.
