1. Drain the oil from the hydraulic tank. 2. Remove precleaner (1) and air filter housing (2). 3. Put identification on lines (3). Disconnect lines (3). Remove bracket (4) and clips (7). Remove the bolts that hold the primary fuel filter base (5) and the secondary fuel filter base (6) to the hydraulic tank. Move the two fuel filter bases clear of the hydraulic tank. 4. Fasten a hoist to the rear section of the hood. Remove bolts (10), shims and the rear section of the hood. Weight is 115 lb. (52 kg). Remove heat shields (8), two bolts (11) and heat shield (9). 5. Remove the bolts that hold elbows (12) and (13) to the implement and steering pump. 6. Loosen clamps (15). Remove bolts (14) and pump supply tube and elbow (16). 7. Remove the bolts and clamps that hold tube (17) in place. Move tube (17) clear of the tank. 8. Remove the bolts that hold tube (18), for the cushion hitch, in place. Remove tube (18) and tube (19). 9. Disconnect line (21) and remove tube (20). 10. Remove two of the bolts in the top of the hydraulic oil filter and use two 1/2"-13 NC bolts 2 3/8 in. long to fasten tools (A) to the tank.11. Fasten tool (B) and a hoist to the hydraulic tank as shown. Remove bolts (22) that hold the hydraulic tank in place. Remove the hydraulic tank. Weight is 875 lb. (399 kg).Install Hydraulic Tank
1. Fasten a hoist and tool (B) to hydraulic tank (1). Put the hydraulic tank in position on the machine and install the bolts that hold it in place.2. Remove tools (A) and install the original bolts in the top of the hydraulic oil filter. 3. Put suction tube (1) in position on the tank and install the bolts that hold it. Connect oil line (2) to the suction tube. 4. Install tubes (4) and (3) and the bolts and clamps that hold the tubes in place. 5. Put return tube (5) for the implement control valve in position on the tank and install the bolts and clamps that hold it in place. 6. Install pump supply tube and elbow (7). Install bolts (6) and the clamps that hold the tube in place. 7. Install bolts (8) that hold the inlet elbows to the implement and steering pump. 8. Install heat shields (10) and (9). 6. Fasten a hoist to rear section of the hood (11). Put the hood in position on the machine with the shims in their original position. Install the bolts that hold the hood in place. 7. Put primary fuel filter base (14) and secondary fuel filter base (15) in position and install the bolts that hold them in place.8. Install clips (16) and bracket (13).9. Connect lines (12) in their original position. 10. Install the air filter (18) and precleaner (17).11. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level.
