Install coil assemblies (22) and plunger guide (21) to electric bracket (23). Install bracket (20) to the coil assemblies and the plunger guide.

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Note: The valve assembly was laid in this position for photographic reasons.

Note: Be aware of the spring pressure on the plunger guides when you do the assembly procedure.
Place valve assembly (1) in an upright position. Place plunger guides (26) on the regulators.Note: Do not press the plunger guides into position at this time. The spring pressure could cause the plunger guides and the regulators to come out of the valve assembly.
Install the electric bracket on the plunger guides. Put pressure on the electric bracket in order to seat the plunger guides. Hold down the electric bracket and install center joint (19) to the valve assembly.
Place plunger (18) in position on the plunger guide.

Install armatures (17) to joints (16). Place the joints in position in the coil assemblies.

Install washers (15) to the joints.

Install screw (13) to flange (10) with the washer and nut (14). Install screw (12) and secure the screw with nut (11). Use the measurements in the disassembly procedure for screw (12) .

Install flange (10) to valve assembly (1) with the washers and nuts (9) .

Install nut (8A) to valve assembly (1). Tighten nut (8A) to a torque of 30 N m (22 lb ft).
Install lever (7) and locknut (8). Tighten nut (8) to a torque of 30 N m (22 lb ft).

Place rubber boot (2) in position on plate (6). Install valve assembly (1) into the rubber boot.
Position the valve assembly on the plate in order to install the screws and nuts (5). Tighten nuts (5) to a torque of 12 N m (9 lb ft).

Place handle (4) in position on the lever of valve assembly (1). Install pin (3) in order to secure the handle to the lever.
Place rubber boot (2) in position on handle (4) .End By: Install the pilot control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pilot Control Valve - Install".
