Description of Change: The new water connection gp includes new brackets for improved support of the connection gp. Also, a new optional flexible connection gp is available.Adaptable To: Note: Refer to Assembly and Installation Guide, LEBW4978, "Cooling Systems" for the instructions that are used in order to support the ships piping.

View from right-hand side of the engine (1) 344-1139 Water Connection Gp The new 344-1139 Water Connection Gp is used in order to replace the existing 294-0549 Water Connection Gp, and the 294-0550 Water Connection Gp. These water connection groups are serviced from the right-hand side of the engine.Note: Installing the new 344-1139 Water Connection Gp requires some reconfiguration of the ships piping.

View from left-hand side of the engine (2) 344-1140 Water Connection Gp The new 344-1140 Water Connection Gp is used in order to replace the existing 294-0548 Water Connection Gp, and the 294-0551 Water Connection Gp. These water connection groups are serviced from the left-hand side of the engine.Note: Installing the new 344-1140 Water Connection Gp requires some reconfiguration of the ships piping.These changes are effective on the serial numbers that are listed in Table 1.
