90. Use tool (E) and install snap ring (78) on the shaft assembly. 91. Put the ring in position in the groove in the bottom of gear (77). Compress the ring, and install hub (76) on the gear. Make sure the ring expands out into the groove in the hub.92. Put two rings (75) in position on gear (77).93. Fasten a hoist to hub (76), and install the hub and gear (77) as an assembly. 94. Start with a disc, and install four discs (73) and three plates (74) in the No. 3 clutch housing. Alternate the discs and plates. 95. Put bearings (70) in position in gear (69).96. Put gear (69) and discs (67) and (71) in position in carrier (61), and install shaft (66). Make sure the rubber in pins (72) is not damaged. If the rubber is damaged, replace the pin.97. Align the hole in shaft (66) with the hole in the carrier, and install pin (72). Install the pin until the end of the pin is even with the surface of the carrier.98. Put bearing (68) in position in carrier (61) and install ring (65) to hold it in place.99. Install retainer (63). Put O-ring seal (64) in position on retainer (63).100. Install gear (60) over retainer (63). 101. Fasten a hoist to carrier (61). Put the carrier in position on the No. 3 clutch housing, and install bolts (62). 102. Use tool (D), and install snap ring (59) to hold gear (60) in position on the shaft. 103. Fasten a hoist to No. 4 clutch housing assembly (57). Put the housing assembly in position on the manifold assembly, and install bolts (176).104. Put the two rings in position in the grooves in piston (58) as shown. Make sure the lip on the rings is toward the housing assembly when the piston is installed.105. Install piston (58) in housing assembly (57).106. Align gear (55) with the gears in the carrier, and install gear (55) in the housing assembly.107. Put six dowels (56) in position in housing assembly (57).108. Make sure the O-ring seal is in position in the end of the tube assembly (54). Align the tube assembly with the manifold assembly, and install the bolts that hold it. 109. Start with a disc, and install three discs (51) and two plates (52) in the No. 4 clutch housing. Alternate the discs and plates. 110. Put 12 springs (50) in position on piston (58).111. Fasten a hoist to No. 5 clutch housing assembly (48). Lower the housing assembly into position on the planetary group. Make sure springs (50) are in position in the counterbore in the bottom of the housing assembly when it is installed.112. Put the two rings in position in the grooves in piston (49). Make sure the lips of the rings are toward the No. 5 clutch housing assembly when the piston is installed.113. Install piston (49) in No. 5 clutch housing assembly (48). 114. Fasten a hoist to gear assembly
