In order to engage the creeper speed reduction drive, stop the machine. Place the transmission in the NEUTRAL position while you depress the inching clutch control. Next, depress the top of creeper speed switch (1). The central display will show "C" (2). The "C" indicates that the creeper speed reduction drive has been selected. The current speed will also be displayed in the central display.In order to disengage the creeper speed reduction drive, stop the machine. The machine must be at a complete stop for at least three seconds before the creeper speeds can be engaged and disengaged without damage. Place the transmission in the NEUTRAL position while you depress the inching clutch control. Next, depress the bottom of creeper speed switch (1) .Note: The electronic controls prevent the accidental engagement of the creeper speeds. The sensor for the transmission output must see 0 rpm and the shift lever must be in the NEUTRAL position before the electronics will power the solenoid that activates the creeper speeds.When you engage the creeper speed reduction drive, the transmission will default to the "C16" speed. When the creeper speed reduction drive is disengaged the transmission will default to the "N1" speed. The preselected start up speed can be any forward speed that is between "C1" and "C16". The preselected start up speed can be any reverse speed that is between "R3" and "R10". When a speed that is below "C11" is selected, the transmission cannot be upshifted to "C11" through "C16" until the machine is moving. The "R11" speed is not available until the machine is moving.Note: The creeper speeds offer very low ground speeds. Do not use the creeper speeds if excessive loads are applied to the machine.The following creeper speeds are available when the drive is engaged and the engine speed is 2100 rpm:
