This Service Letter is an Interim Corrective Action. If the new 793F brake system updates contained in Service Letters PS44140, PS44141 and PS44142 have already been completed then there is no need to apply this letter.
Replace the existing 341-7362 Brake Tube and 180-4662 Hose As. with new hose assemblies 418-7805 and 419-4938 and related parts. Refer to the Operator Maintenance Manual for appropriate safety information and see the attached procedure. Insure pressure is relieved from system before beginning work.

If there has been a previous repair, part age/hours will apply. Retain a copy of the previous repair invoice in the dealer's records for audit purposes, and specify repair date and machine hours in the "Additional Comments" section of the warranty claim.

Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Prepare the machine for maintenance according to OMM instructions. Verify that system is relieved of pressure prior to beginning work. Reuse all mounting hardware when replacing the original hose with hose "M".
Remove tube and old hardware. Assemble the following:
