Weld (W1) plate (1) to draft tube a distance of 70.5 mm (2.78 inch) (C) from the edge of plate (1) to the edge of the casting. Use mud guard (2) as a template to locate the other plate (1) .

Assemble mud guard (2) to two plates (1) with two cover plates (3), six bolts (4), eight washers (5), two locknuts (6), and two spacers (7). Apply Loctite 242 to the bolts that thread into plate (1) .
