Remove eight bolts (AF) and eight hard washers (AG) from plate assembly (AH). Remove plate assembly (AH) from main frame. Discard eight used bolts (AF), eight hard washers (AG), and plate assembly (AH).Installation Procedure

Install plate assembly (1) to the main frame with eight hard washers (7) and eight bolts (6).

Attach a suitable lifting device onto box (2). Install box (2) with four hard washers (7) and four bolts (6) onto plate assembly (1). Remove a suitable lifting device from box (2).Note: The approximate weight of box (2) is 30 kg (66lb).

Install adapter assembly (W) with O-Ring seal (11) and O-Ring seal (12). Connect hose assembly (S) onto adapter assembly (W).
Install adapter assembly (V) with O-Ring seal (8) and O-Ring seal (11). Connect hose assembly (R) onto adapter assembly (V).
Install adapter assembly (V) with O-Ring seal (8) and O-Ring seal (11). Connect hose assembly (P) onto adapter assembly (V).
Install elbow (U) with O-Ring seal (8) and O-Ring seal (13). Connect hose assembly (N) onto elbow (U).
Install hose assembly (M) with O-Ring seal (10), two flanges (AC), four hard washers (4), and four bolts (5).
Install adapter assembly (T) with O-Ring seal (9) and O-Ring seal (11). Connect hose assembly (L) onto adapter assembly (T).

Install union assembly (K) with two O-Ring seals (9). Install adapter assembly (H) with O-Ring seal (12).
Install three connector assemblies (G) with six O-Ring seals (8).
Install receiver (F) and dust cap (E).
Install connector (C) and two O-Ring seals (8). Install adapter (A) and O-Ring seal (9).
Install the rubber covers onto the adapters and connectors. Close the access cover.Final Torque Inspection
Verify that the minimum bolt torque is present. Refer to Torque Specifications , SENR3130 to tighten each bolts in the box and plate assembly.
