Relieve pressure in hydraulic system before disconnecting or removing any hydraulic lines or components. See RELIEVING PRESSURE IN LOADER HYDRAULIC SYSTEM in DISASSEMBLY & ASSEMBLY.
1. Remove the seat assembly. Remove the knobs from control levers. Remove the three cover plates from around valve. 2. Disconnect four hydraulic lines (3) from valve.3. Loosen the three lift pilot control valve mounting bolts on back side of valve. The three bolts can not be removed until valve has been removed.4. Remove the three tilt pilot control valve mounting bolts (2), and remove the lift pilot control valve (1). Be careful not to drop detent springs out of valve when removing lift pilot control valve.Install Lift Pilot Control Valve
1. Position the lift pilot control valve on mounting plate. Be careful not to drop springs (1) and (2) when positioning valve.2. Install the three lift and tilt pilot control valve mounting bolts.3. Tighten the three lift pilot control valve mounting bolts on back side of valve.4. Connect the four hydraulic lines to valve.5. Install the three cover plates and knobs on control levers.6. Install the seat assembly.
