Attach a suitable lifting device to cooling package (20) and position cooling package (20). The weight of cooling package (20) is approximately 249 kg (550 lb). Install bolt (23) .

Remove the suitable lifting device from cooling package (20) .

Connect hose (19) .

Connect hoses (17) .
Connect hose (16). Install tube (15) .
Lower the cab. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cab - Tilt".

Position bracket assembly (14) and plate (12). Install bolts (13) .

Position plate (11) and install bolts (10). Connect hose assembly (9) .

Connect hose assemblies (7) and (8). Install all mounting hardware to hose assemblies (7) and (8) .

Position coolant tank (3) and strap (4). Install nuts (6). Connect hose (5) .

Connect hoses (1) and (2) .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
Charge the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant". Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools".End By:
Install the output transfer gear oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Output Transfer Gear Oil Cooler - Install".
Install the window guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Window Guard - Install".
Install the suction fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Suction Fan and Gear Motor (Hydraulic Fan) - Install".
