All movements of the boom and the quick coupler are controlled by the joystick control (1). The joystick control uses a combination of mechanical force and electrical power in order to operate the implements. Two of the spools in the bank valve are operated by cables that are connected to the joystick control. The remainder of the spools in the valve are operated by electrical solenoids. The solenoids are activated from buttons that are located on the joystick control.Press and hold the push button switch (2) in order to extend the boom. When the switch (2) is released, the switch will return to the HOLD position.Press and hold the push button switch (3) in order to retract the boom. When the switch (3) is released, the switch will return to the HOLD position.The Tilt cylinder can be independently operated by the joystick control in order to position the quick coupler at the required angle during operation.

The machine is equipped with one auxiliary service as standard equipment. Auxiliary hydraulic actuators are controlled by push button switches (4), (5), (6) and (7).
