1. Remove the clips and washers from each end of link (1) and remove the link.2. Remove nut (3), the lockwasher, arm (2) and the spring washer from the wiper motor shaft.3. Remove screws (6) and remove wiper motor (5) from bracket (4).4. Remove screws (7) to remove shaft and pivot assembly (8) from bracket (4).5. Remove the nut, lockwasher and stud (9) from the shaft and pivot assembly.ASSEMBLE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTORS AND LINKAGE
1. Install stud (2), the lockwasher and nut in shaft and pivot assembly (1). 2. Put shaft and pivot assembly (1) in position in bracket (3) and install the screws to hold the unit together.3. Put wiper motor (4) in position in bracket (3) as shown.4. Install screws (5) to hold wiper motor (4) to the bracket.5. Install the spring washer, arm (6), the lockwasher and nut on the wiper motor shaft.6. Put link (7) in position with the notch in the link down. Install the washers and clips that hold link (7) to shaft and pivot assembly (1) and arm (6).end by:a) install windshield wiper motors and linkage
