Installation Procedure
Personal injury or death can occur from heavy components falling during removal or installation.Properly support the component with a suitable lifting device during removal or installation.
Rear Cleaner Bars
Note: Use the following procedure to install the rear cleaner bar on both sides of the machine.

Attach a suitable lifting device to rear cleaner bar (7). Use the suitable lifting device in order to carefully install rear cleaner bar (7) to the machine. The weight of rear cleaner bar (7) is approximately 235 kg (520 lb).

Install bolts (8) and the washers in rear cleaner bar (7) .Front Cleaner Bars

Attach a suitable lifting device to front cleaner bar (4). Use the suitable lifting device in order to carefully install front cleaner bar (4) in front of the front wheel. The weight of front cleaner bar (4) is approximately 330 kg (720 lb).

Install bolts (5), the washers, and nuts (6) on front cleaner bar (4) .

Note: Surface (X) should be clean prior to the installation of front cleaner bar (1) .
Attach a suitable lifting device to front cleaner bar (1). Use the suitable lifting device in order to carefully install front cleaner bar (1) behind the front wheel. The weight of front cleaner bar (1) is approximately 330 kg (720 lb).

Install bolts (2), the washers, and nuts (3) on front cleaner bar (1) .End By:
Install the push arms and the blade. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Push Arms and Blade - Install".
Install the front guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Front Guard - Remove and Install".
