Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Verify that all of the components of the implement return screen are clean and free of foreign material prior to installation.Note: Check all of the O-ring seals and the components for wear or damage. Replace the components, if necessary. Lubricate the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

The view is on the right side of the nonengine end frame near the front axle.
Position base (4) to the nonengine end frame. Install three bolts (11) and the washers that secure base (4) to the nonengine end frame.
Position two wires (8) and (9) to bypass switch (10). Install two hex flange nuts (7) that secure two wires (8) and (9) to bypass switch (10) .

Connect two hose assemblies (5) and (6) to base (4) .

Install plug (2) and the O-ring seal to housing assembly (3) .
Install housing assembly (3) to base (4) .
Tighten housing assembly (3) until housing assembly (3) is seated against base (4) .Note: DO NOT use an air wrench to tighten housing assembly (3) .
Repeat the procedure for the remaining implement return screen on the left side of the nonengine end frame.

Replace drain plug (1). Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct procedure to fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities" for the appropriate oil. The capacity of the hydraulic tank is 723 L (191 US gal).End By:
Charge the hydraulic system pressure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic System - Pressure Release/Charge".
Separate the frame lock link. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Frame Lock Link - Separate and Connect".
Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
