Locate the front edge of 194-1014 Channel (22) between angle assembly (15) and plate (21). Locate the front edge of 194-1014 Channel (22) between angle assembly (19) and 193-5926 Plate (not shown).Align the holes of 194-1014 Channel (22) with the weldnuts of angle assembly (12) and of angle assembly (14) .
Weld 194-1014 Channel (22), angle assemblies (15), (12), (14), and (19), the two plates (21), and the two sides of the radiator guard. Use an 8 mm (0.3 inch) fillet weld to a penetration of 1.5 mm (0.06 inch).Note: 194-1014 Channel (22), angle assemblies (15), (12), (14), and (19), the two plates (21), and the two sides of the radiator guard must be completely welded. Any gaps in the weld could result in a complete failure of the rework procedure.
Weld angle assemblies (15) and (19) to the sides of the radiator guard. Skip weld a weld length of 50 mm (1.97 inch) for every running length of 100 mm (3.94 inch). Use an 8 mm (0.3 inch) fillet weld with a penetration of 1.5 mm (0.06 inch).

Lift angle assembly (16) in order to install two studs (20) to the original positions on the radiator guard. Weld the two studs to the radiator guard.
Use two studs (20) to locate angle assembly (16) in the radiator guard.
Weld angle assembly (16) in place. Use an 8 mm (0.3 inch) fillet weld to a penetration of 1.5 mm (0.06 inch).

Locate 193-5782 Angle (23) between the plate assemblies, as shown. Align the bottom of angle (23) with the bottom of plate assemblies (15) and (17) .
Weld angle (123) in place. Use an 8 mm (0.3 inch) fillet weld to a penetration of 1.5 mm (0.06 inch).

(E) and (F) 15 mm (0.59 inch)Note: Do not start or stop a weld along side (E). This will prevent stress risers from being added to the radiator guard.
Locate 196-1206 Plate (24). Locate the cut-out over the bolt holes, as shown. Locate plate (24) to dimensions (E) and (F). Weld plate (24) to the radiator guard. Use a 6 mm (0.2 inch) fillet weld.
Weld an 8 mm (0.3 inch) plug weld inside slot (25) .
Repeat steps 25 and 26 for the plate on the other side of the radiator guard.

Remove the remote coolant tank from the machine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, SENR5895, "Coolant Tank (Remote Radiator Top)
