Use caution to avoid possible personal injury when adjusting the bucket positioner.Stop the engine and lower all equipment to relieve the hydraulic pressure.Engage the parking brake and block the tires to prevent sudden movement of the machine.Keep unauthorized personnel off the machine.
Start the engine. Lower the bucket to the ground.
Position the bucket at the desired angle to the ground. Turn the engine start switch to the OFF position. Move the bucket tilt control to the TILT BACK detent position.Note: Place the base edge of the bucket parallel to the ground. This position is the recommended position of the bucket.

Loosen four bolts (1) in order to loosen tube assembly (2) .
Move tube assembly (2) toward the bucket in order to increase the digging angle. Move tube assembly (2) toward the cab in order to decrease the digging angle.
When the desired angle is reached, tighten bolts (1) .
To test the adjustment, start the engine and raise the bucket. Move the bucket tilt control to the TILT BACK detent position.When the bucket reaches the preset digging angle, the bucket tilt control should return to the HOLD position.
