Loosen hose clamp (21) in order to disconnect the hump hose. Remove clip (22) .

Remove battery cover (23) .

Remove bolts (24) and reposition cable assembly (25) out of the way.

Disconnect hoses (26) and hoses (27) .

Disconnect clips (34) and reposition hose (33) out of the way.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cooling system package (3). The weight of cooling system package (3) is approximately 209 kg (460 lb).

Remove mounting bolt (35) .

Disconnect hose (37). Remove mounting bolt (36) .

Remove mounting bolts (38). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to remove cooling system package (3) from the machine and position onto suitable cribbing.Installation Procedure
Install cooling system package (3) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten the nuts for cable assemblies (16) to a torque of 35 3 N m (26 2 lb ft)
