a) Disconnect two wires (19) from the flasher and put identification on them.b) Remove screws (18) that hold the flasher in place.c) Remove flasher (17).15. Remove dash lights as follows: a) Disconnect wire (22) at the panel light toggle switch.b) Remove nut (21) and remove dash light (20).16. Remove indicator lights as follows: a) Disconnect two wires (23) from the indicator light.b) Remove nut (25) and washer. c) Remove indicator light (24) from the front of the instrument panel.17. Remove toggle switches as follows: a) Disconnect wires (26) from the back of the toggle switch and put identification on them. b) Remove nut (27), washer and remove toggles switch (28) from the back of the instrument panel.18. Remove solid state switch as follows: a) Disconnect four wires (30) from the switch and put identification on them.b) Remove solid state switch (29).19. Remove the 80 amp circuit breaker as follows: a) Disconnect wires (31) from the circuit breaker and put identification on them. b) Remove screws (32) and remove circuit breaker (33) from the back of the panel.20. Remove fuse holder as follows: a) Disconnect two wires (34) from the fuse holder and put identification on them.b) Remove nut (36). The notch (slot) in the nut must be in alignment with the side terminal of the fuse holder.c) Remove fuse holder (35) through the front of the instrument panel.21. Remove the service meter as follows: a) Disconnect two wires (39) from the service meter.b) Remove two wing nuts (37) and bracket (38) that hold the service meter in place.c) Remove service meter (40) from the front of the instrument panel.22. Remove gauges as follows: a) Disconnect wires (if so equipped) that are connected to the gauge. b) Remove two nuts (41) and lockwashers. Remove bracket (42) and remove gauge (43) from the front of the instrument panel.Install Instrument Panel
1. Install gauges as follows: a) Install gauge (1) through the front of the instrument panel. b) Install bracket (2) on the back of the gauge and install two lockwashers and nuts (3).c) Connect wires (if so equipped) to the gauge.2. Install the service meter as follows: a) Install service meter (4) through the front of the instrument panel. b) Install bracket (5) on the back of the service meter and install two wing nuts (6).c) Connect two wires (7) to the correct wire for the service meter.3. Install fuse holders as follows: a) Install fuse holder (8) through the front of the instrument panel. Make sure the seal is in position on the fuse holder. b) Install nut (9) on fuse holder. The groove (slot) in the nut must be in alignment with the side terminal of the fuse holder.c) Tighten nut (9) and connect two wires (10) to the correct terminals on the fuse holder.4. Install 80 amp circuit breaker as follows: a) Install circuit breaker (11) on back of the instrument panel.b) Install two screws from the front side of the instrument panel that hold the circuit breaker
