Remove the lift cylinder.

Secure Tooling (A) to yoke (2).
Attach a suitable hoist and a suitable lifting sling to Tooling (A), as shown.
Remove the cover and the gasket from pin (1).
Install Tooling (B) in the threaded hole of pin (1).
Remove pin (1).

Use a suitable hoist and Tooling (A) to remove yoke (2). The weight of the yoke is 55 kg (120 lb).

Remove lip seal (3) from the front frame assembly.
If necessary, remove bearing (4) and (5). Refer to the following steps for the removal procedure:
Use 3.0 mm (0.12 inch) low hydrogen welding rods. Weld a continuous bead completely around the inside diameter of the bearing.
Allow the bearing to cool.
Remove the bearing from the cap.Installation Procedure
Install the lift cylinder mountings in the reverse order of removal.
