1. Connect the steering frame lock link. Refer to the topic "Separate & Connect Steering Frame Lock Link" in this module. 2. Remove eight bolts (1) and the washers and remove two covers (2) on the right and left rear side of the cab. 3. Disconnect electrical connector (3) located at the right rear of the cab. 4. Secure Tooling (A) and a hoist to the top of rollover protective structure (5). Remove 36 bolts (4) and the washers.5. Carefully remove rollover protective structure (5) from the machine. The weight of the rollover protective structure is 2281 Kg (5025 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the rollover protective structure.6. Ensure that the mounting surfaces on the rollover protective structure and the main frame of the machine are thoroughly clean and free of dirt and paint.7. Install the rollover protective structure in the reverse order of removal.8. Separate the steering frame lock link. Refer to the topic "Separate & Connect Steering Frame Lock Link" in this module.
