2 Thickness of nine new friction discs and nine new separator plates is 108.00 2.52 mm (4.252 0.010 inch):
During installation, dip the discs in the lubricant that is being used in the axle.
Assemble the plates and discs such that each plate is against the piston face.
9 297-4956 Friction Disc Thickness of one new friction disc is 4.70 0.18 mm (0.185 0.007 inch).
9 241-8470 Separator Plate Thickness of one new separator plate is 7.30 0.10 mm (0.287 0.004 inch).
3 1 5P-8210 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the O-ring seal lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
4 5 164-5619 Plug As Lubricate the plug lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
5 19 498-3750 Bolt Torque to 210 40 N m (155 30 lb ft).
Turn an additional angle of 180 10 degrees.(1)
