This procedure provides details required to update the 7G-5272 Planet Carrier and 7G-5271 Flange Assembly to the current configurations.
1. Drill the lube passage in the flange assembly to the dimensions shown in Illustration 2.2. Be sure that all debris has been removed from the drilled passage.3. Slightly polish/ break the sharp corner on the carrier as shown in Illustration 2. The removal of this corner will make the installation of the 1T-0141 Seal easier.7G-5271 Flange Assembly
