Note: Prior to assembly, lubricate O-rings lightly with 1U-6395 O-Ring Assembly Compound or 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound . To prevent false leaks, do not use petroleum jelly or other similar lubricants.Note: Before tightening with hand tools or power tools, align the threads of the connectors and start threading the nut assembly by using your fingers.Note: Remember, failure can result from both under tightening the connectors and from overtightening the connectors.

Use four bolts (3) and washers (2) to attach bracket (1) to the two blocks on the right-hand ROPS post. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).

Assemble breaker valve (4) and O-ring seal (5) to reservoir (6). Tighten the breaker valve to a torque of 190 15 N m (140 11 lb ft).

Install connector assembly (7) to the reservoir (6). Tighten the connector assembly to a torque of 190 15 N m (140 11 lb ft).

Assemble the straight end of hose assembly (8) to connector assembly (7). Do not tighten the hose assembly.

Use four bolts (3) and washers (2) to attach the reservoir to the bracket. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).

Remove cap (9) from the side port of tee assembly (10) .

Install the bent end of hose assembly (8) to tee assembly (10). Tighten both ends of the hose assembly to a torque of 125 + 15 N m (92 + 11 lb ft).
Install the current breaker valve to the top of tee assembly (10) .
