1. Remove two nuts (5), two bolts (4), the washers, two rod ends (3), and two tube assemblies (2) from ladder assembly (1). 2. Position two lifting slings on ladder assembly (1) as shown. Remove four bolts (6), the four nuts, the hard washers, the washers, and ladder assembly (1) from platform assembly (7). The weight of ladder assembly (1) is 50 Kg (110 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the front step.3. Make sure all components of the ladder assembly are clean of dirt and foreign material prior to installation.4. Check all components for wear or damage and replace if necessary.5. Using a suitable lifting device, install ladder assembly (1) to platform assembly (7) as shown. Install four bolts (6), the hard washers, the four nuts, and the washers to ladder assembly (1). The weight of ladder assembly (1) is 50 Kg (110 lb).6. Install two tube assemblies (2), two rod ends (3), two bolts (4), two nuts (5), and the washers to ladder assembly (1).
