Select "Service" from the main menu.
Select "Calibrations" from the drop-down menu. The following is a list of all possible calibrations. The specific calibrations will differ across sales models.
"Transmission Clutch Fill"

"Brake Touchup"
"Steer Position Sensor"
"Steering Clutch High Pressure Adjustment"
From the fly-out window, select the desired calibration procedure.

From the "Home Menu", scroll down to "Service".

Press the "OK" button.

From the "Service" menu, scroll to "Service Password".
Press the "OK" button.

When the Advisor screen instructs you that the "Service Mode is Disabled", press "OK" in order to access the service password entry screen.
At the "Service Mode" screen, press "OK" in order to enter the password.

Enter the password.Note: Typically the password is the last four numbers of the machine serial number.
Scroll to the right or left in order to select the desired number.
Press "OK" in order to insert the number.
Repeat steps 7.a and 7.b for the remaining three digits.
Scroll to" Accept" and press "OK".

When the Advisor screen instructs you that the "Service Mode is Enabled", press the "BACK" button in order to return to the Service Menu.Note: Calibrations will now be a selectable item from the menu.

Follow the instructions that are provided on the screen in order to perform the calibration procedure.Brake Touch-up Calibration
In order to adjust the Brake Touch-up Calibration with Cat Electronic Technician, reference "Using Caterpillar Electronic Technician".In order to adjust Brake Touch-up Calibration with Cat Advisor, reference "Using The Advisor".
Make sure that the power train oil is 60 °C (140 °F) or higher.
Select "Left Brake Touch-Up Pressure Cal" from the menu.
Follow the instructions that are provided on the screen in order to perform the calibration procedure.
The current calibration value will be displayed on the screen.
Increase the current calibration value by five. The test will not run when the calibration value is increased. The test will only run when the calibration value is decreased.
Decrease the calibration value by one. The test will apply the brakes for 8 seconds.
If the tracks stopped rotating immediately, increase the calibration value by five again.
Repeat step 6 through 8 until the tracks continue to rotate the entire time.
If the tracks continued to rotate the entire time, the calibration value is too high. Allow the tracks to rotate several times and then decrease the calibration value by one.
