Installation of the Engine
Install the engine in the original mounting location.

Fabricate plate (1) and weld to the rear engine support in order to support the oil cooler.

Install the cooler and the 1M-7643 Spacers (2) on the machine.
Fabricate lines (3) for the oil cooler and install the lines.

Fabricate two plates (4) in order to mount the air cleaner. Install the air cleaner.

Install 106-7658 Hose (5) on the machine. Connect line (5) to the turbocharger with a pipe that is the same diameter as the turbocharger and hose (6).

Modify 7C-5590 Support . Cut and bend the support at location (E). The inside length of the support (A) should be 279.4 mm (11 inch). Notch the support in location (D) in order to make clearance for the hydraulic lines. Cut the support at the top. The length of leg (B) should be 412.6 mm (16.25 inch). Install the support and mark the hole location for the muffler support. Drill holes for the support. Bolt the remaining length of the support to the top of support in order to support the muffler.

Install the 4N-8591 Coupling and 1W-5417 Elbow (7) on the turbocharger. Install the 1W-9229 Muffler As .

Fabricate bracket (8) in order to mount the fuel priming pump and the water separator. Leg (A) is approximately 171.45 mm (6.75 inch) and hole spacing (B) is 63.5000 mm (2.5 inch). Make a template of the bracket due to the complex geometry. Install bracket (8) on the engine. Mount the fuel priming pump and the water separator. Connect the fuel lines.

Install transmission oil pump (9) on the engine. Connect the original throttle linkage to the new engine. Connect transmission filter lines (10) .

Connect cooling lines (11) to the radiator. The original lines will be used.

Cut the hood in order to allow the muffler and the precleaner to extend through the hood. Fabricate plates (12) and (13) in order to fill gaps in the original openings.
Install the remaining components on the machine.
Prepare the machine for operation.
