Remove the differential drain plug (1). The plug is located at the bottom of the differential case. Note: Drain the oil into a suitable container. Dispose of the used oil in an appropriate manner.

Remove the differential level/fill plug (2). The differential level/fill plug is located on the front side of the axle.
Clean the drain plug (1) and install the drain plug (1). Add the proper oil to the differential. Maintain the level of the oil to the bottom of the hole for the differential level/fill plug. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities" section for more information.
Clean the filler plug. Install the filler plug.
