Install new O-ring seal (11) on plug (8).

Install piston (18) on pushrod (16).

Install plug (8) and the pushrod in the body assembly.
Repeat Steps 5 through 20 in order to install the other three spool assemblies.

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install cover (25).
Install bolts (26). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 29 3 N m (21 2 lb ft).

Install bushings (20) in covers (24).

Install bolts (4). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 79 10 N m (58 7 lb ft).

Install setscrews (5). Install nuts (17).

Install pedal (12) on the pilot valve.

Install camshaft (19) in the pedal. Center camshaft (19) in pedal (12).
Install setscrew (6) in the pedal. Tighten the setscrew to a torque of 6.9 1.0 N m (61 9 lb in).
Tighten nuts (17) to a torque of 33 3 N m (24 2 lb ft).
Repeat Steps 27 through 30 in order to install the other pedal.
