Component Code: 7620SUBJECT: Online Passwords are Now Available
PROBLEM:
Service letters PS50612 and PS50805 for 3412E engines previously required passwords that were not available online.
SOLUTION:
For the engines that are listed above, the procedures that are found in service letters PS50612 and PS50805 can now be reworked and the needed passwords can be obtained online. The passwords can be generated through the normal factory password system in TMI/SIMSi. There is no longer a need to call the phone numbers that are in the service letters in order to get the passwords.
