Remove the vibration damper. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibration Damper and Pulley - Remove and Install".

Remove bolts (2) and adapter (3).
Use Tooling (A) and suitable cribbing in order to support the engine. Support the engine on the front edge of the oil pan.
Remove two bolts (1). Install Tooling (B). Remove remaining bolts (1).
Attach a suitable lifting device to support assembly (4). The weight of support assembly (4) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb). Remove support assembly (4) from Tooling (B).

Remove bracket (6), bolts (5), and engine trunnion (7). Installation Procedure

Use Tooling (A) and suitable cribbing in order to support the engine. Support the engine on the front edge of the oil pan.

Position engine trunnion (7) on the engine. Install bolts (5) and bracket (6).

Install Tooling (B) on the engine.
Attach a suitable lifting device to support assembly (4). The weight of support assembly (4) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb). Position support assembly (4) on Tooling (B).
Install bolts (1). Remove Tooling (B). Install remaining bolts (1).
Remove Tooling (A) and the suitable cribbing.
Position adapter (3) and install bolts (2). End By:
Install the vibration damper. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibration Damper and Pulley - Remove and Install".
