Removal Procedure
Start By:a. Remove the wear tip.
Position the work tool on suitable cribbing that is on a hard, level surface.
Maintaining the jaw in the open position. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Rigging-Moving Jaw Safety".

Remove six bolts (4), washers (5), and guide cutters (3).

Use two people to remove cutting edge (6). Refer to Table 1 for the weight information of cutting edges (6). Remove bolts (7), washers (8), and cutting edge (6) and the shims.

Repeat step 4 to remove remaining cutting edges (6).Installation Procedure
Install cutting edges (6) in the reverse order of the removal procedure.
Refer to Table 2 for the torque information of bolts (7) and bolts (4).
