Information:

Off (2) - Move the knob to this symbol to turn the heater blower fan off. All blower fan speeds on the RIGHT are for heater use. First Speed (6) - Move the switch to this symbol for the lowest fan speed. Second Speed (7) - Move the switch to this symbol for the medium fan speed. Defroster (8) - Move the switch to this position for the defroster. This position is for extreme circumstances for the purpose of removing moisture from the cab while in the heating mode. This position would not be used under normal operating conditions. Heating Variable (9) - This knob controls the heat desired. Turn the knob anywhere between OFF (left) and MAXIMUM (right) heat. Air Conditioning Variable (10) - This switch controls air conditioning. Turn the knob anywhere between OFF (left) and MAXIMUM (right) cool.The Heating and Air Conditioning system can perform four functions: Heating (9) - Turn the heating control on. Turn the blower fan switch to FIRST or SECOND speed. Adjust the heating control for the desired temperature. Air Conditioning (10) - Turn the air conditioning control on. Turn the blower fan switch to FIRST or SECOND speed. Adjust the cooling control for the desired temperature. Pressurizing - Pressurizing the inside of the cab helps keep dust out, when heating or cooling is not desired. Turn Heating Variable (9) knob and Air Conditioning Variable (10) knob to OFF (left). Turn the blower fan to either FIRST or SECOND speed, depending on the volume of air needed to keep dust out. Defogging - It is possible to use the heating system with the air conditioning system, to remove moisture from the air in the cab. This prevents moisture from forming on the windshield and windows. Turn on the air conditioning blower fan to DEFROST (5). Adjust Heating Variable (9) knob and Air Conditioning (10) knob to obtain the correct temperature for proper defogging.Under cold weather conditions, turn the heater blower fan to DEFROST (8). Turn Air Conditioning (10) knob to the OFF position, and adjust Heating Variable (9) knob to obtain optimum defogging.Open ROPS/FOPS Heater Controls (If Equipped)
Heating Variable (1) - Turn the knob anywhere between MINIMUM (up) and MAXIMUM (down) to receive the desired amount of heating. Fan Speed Switch (2) - This switch activates the two speed blower fan motor. Off - When the switch is in this position (centered), the blower fan motor is turned off. Low Speed - Move the switch to this position (up) for the low blower fan speed. High Speed - Move the switch to this position (down) for high blower fan speed.Seat Adjustment
Adjust the seat at the beginning of each shift or when changing operators.Adjust the seat to allow full travel of the pedals when the operator is seated against the seat back.Standard Seat
Lift lever. Move the seat forward or backward as required. Release the lever. Move the seat slightly to lock it. Turn the knob to adjust the backrest as required.
