Install the seals and the orifice onto the end of tee connection (31).
Place flanges (30) and tee connection (31) into position between the aftercooler core assemblies.
Install bolts (29) and the washers.

Install bolts (27) and tee connection (28).

Install brackets (26) in the original location.

Place the ring and the O-ring seal into position on the end of tube (25).
Place tube (25) into position.
Install clamp assemblies (24).
Install bolts (23), the washers, and the spacers.

Install bolts (22) and the washers.
Place clamp (20) into position. Install bolts (21), the nuts, and the washers.

Place flange (17), orifice (16), and plate (19) into the correct position.
Place retainers (18) into position. Install bolts (15) and the washers.

Place a new gasket (58) into position between adapter (12) and aftercooler cover assembly (14).
Place adapter (12) into position on the end of aftercooler cover assembly (14). Install bolts (13) and the washers.

Place a new gasket (59) into position between aftercooler housing (10) and adapter (12).
Place aftercooler housing (10) into position. Install bolts (11) and the washers.

Place air pipes (9) with the energized seals into position in aftercooler housing (10).

Place tubes (8) into position. See Illustration 24.
Install bolts (7), the nuts, and the washers that connect tubes (8) to the turbochargers.

Place bracket (6) into position. Install bolts (5) and the washers.

Place new gaskets into position on ends of tube assembly (3).
Place tube assembly (3) into position. Install retainers (2), bolts (1), and the washers.

Install the exhaust manifolds. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Exhaust Manifold - Remove and Install".
