Remove 62 bolts (10) and the locknuts.

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cover (11). The weight of cover (11) is approximately 43 kg (95 lb).Note: The weight of tank (12) is approximately 59 kg (130 lb).

Remove two bolts (13) and sight gauge (14) .

Remove grommet (18), glass (17), plate (16) and two O-ring seals (15) from sight gauge (14) .

Hydraulic tank drain valve assembly
Remove two bolts (19) and drain valve body (20) .
Remove two nuts (21) and adapter (22). Remove the O-ring seal from adapter (22) .

Remove guide (26), spring (25), valve (24) and O-ring seal (23) from drain valve body (20) .

Remove the four bolts that hold suction block (27). Remove suction block (27) .

Remove fitting (31) . Remove the O-ring seal from fitting (31) .
