Use two people in order to install recoil spring and track adjuster (2) . The weight of the recoil spring and track adjuster is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).The overall working length of recoil spring and track adjuster (2) is approximately 670.55 mm (26.400 inch)

Note: Make sure that the recoil spring is seated correctly.
Align the grease fitting with the notch in the frame assembly, as shown. Refer to Illustration 2.

Attach a suitable lifting device to front idler (1) . The weight of front idler (1) is approximately 102 kg (225 lb).
Install the front idler (1) .End By: Install the track. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Remove and Install".
