Installation of 450-5310 Display Mounting Kit
Start the procedure at Step 1, for the following machines:
785C APX2304-UP
785D DMC171-UP , ; MSY602-UP
789D SPD583-UP , ; SHH319-UP
793D FDB1802-UPFor pre-serial break machines, start at the "Additional Instructions For Pre Effectivity Machines" section then return to Step 1.

(11) 9N-0869 Hard Washer
Remove the rear electronics bay cover.
Remove the under cab harness access panels.
Remove the front cab access panel.
Remove the current display and mounting.
Remove the head liner and access panels behind the buddy seat.
Cut the wire ties securing the harness to the Cab.
Re route the display and camera harness from the over head position through the rear panel and under the cab following the harness channel.
Route the harness up through front machine access panel and pass through to the cab interior.
Install the 426-4883 Mounting.
Bolt the 426-4883 Mounting to the console using four 0T-0102 Boltsand four 9N-0869 Hard Washers.
Bolt the 300-3582 Mounting Bracket Gp to the 426-4883 Mounting using four 335-4416 Screws and four 8T-0328 Hard Washers.
Bolt the 444-7076 Bracket As and 434-6219 Bracket to the 300-3582 Mounting Bracket Gp using four 335-4416 Screws and four 8T-0328 Hard Washers.
Bolt the 459-2220 Electronic Control Gp to the 434-6219 Bracket using four 6V-5683 Bolts and four 114-6658 Washers.
Connect the harness plugs for Ethernet, CDL, Power/CAN, and Video to the back of the display.
Secure the harness to the 444-7076 Bracket As using a 7K-1181 Cable Strap.
Secure the harness back towards the rear of the cab following existing routes.
Reinstall the removed headliner and access panels to the rear of the machine.Additional Instructions For Pre Effectivity Machines
Perform the following prior to the installation procedure for the following machines, that were built prior to factory console mounting option:

Lay out a hole pattern

Lay out a hole pattern as shown in Illustration 3 and 4, and using Table 2 as guides. Use 426-4883 Mounting to check the hole layout.

4 - 9N-0869 Hard Washers
4 - 9S-8752 Full Nuts
