PROBLEM
The existing 310-0783 Tube As. can fail on certain 795F AC Off-Highway Trucks. If the existing 310-0783 Tube As. fails it will cause a coolant leak. The 310-0783 Tube As. had a boss that is used to mount a clip to support the 310-0784 Tube As. The motion between the tubes causes 310-0783 Tube As to fail at the weld for the boss. A new tube has also been released that no longer has a boss. Failure rate suggests 10% will fail by 1,000 hrs. Recommend completion during PM or while down for other repairs.

ACTION REQUIRED
Remove the 8T-4196 Bolt and 8T-4121 Washer used to secure the 6V-6782 Clip-Half and 6V-6783 Clip-Half to the 310-0784 Tube As. Retain these parts for later use. Secure the 310-0783 Tube As. and 310-0784 Tube As. together with a new 275-5735 Clip, 275-5736 Clip, 386-6386 Bracket (plate), 4T-4121 Washer and 8T-4196 Bolt per the image provided.
