Remove the rear tires and rims.
Remove the rear drive shaft.

Disconnect harness assembly (1). Disconnect hose assemblies (2) and (3).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to the oscillating axle. The weight of the oscillating axle is approximately 950 kg (2094.38900 lb).

Remove bolts (5) from the front trunnion support. Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Remove bolts (6) from the rear trunnion support. Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Typical example.
Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device to lower oscillating axle (7) onto Tooling (B). Remove the suitable lifting device from oscillating axle (7). Use Tooling (B) to move oscillating axle (7) from under the machine.Installation Procedure
Install oscillating axle (7) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (5) and (6) to a torque of 250 20 N m (184 15 lb ft). Turn bolts (5) and (6) an additional angle of 120° 10°.
