Illustration 1. Dimensions for the location of plates 1 and 2.3. Install the 9J4684 Accumulator Group (3) to plate (2) with two 1D4609 Bolts, 5P8248 Washers, and 1B4331 Nuts. Install two 9J135 Clamps (4) and four 1A1460 Bolts, eight 5P8245 Washers and 1D4719 Nuts to hold the accumulator to plate (1). See Illustration 2.4. Connect the 3G7833 Hose Assembly (5) to accumulator (3) with a 4J522 Seal, two 1P4578 Flanges, four 3H5368 Bolts, and 5P8244 Washers.
Illustration 2. Location of accumulator and hose assembly.5. Install a 5D9683 Flange on hose assembly (5) with two 1P4577 Flanges, 4J520 Seal, four S1588 Bolts, and four 5M2894 Washers. Put the flange in position on the tube assembly (6). Make marks on all sides to show the correct location of the flange on the tube assembly. See Illustrations 1, 3, 4, and 5.6. Remove the 5D9683 Flange and tube assembly (6).7. Weld the flange on the tube assembly in the correct location. Use a 4.0 mm (.16") fillet all the way around the flange to hold it in place.8. Close the openings in tube assembly (6) with plugs or plates. Put a soap and water solution on the weld and check for air bubbles. Check the weld with regulated shop air. The air pressure must be 70 kPa (10 psi).

Illustration 4. Location of tube assembly (6) for 86H711-Up.9. Drill a 24.99 mm (.984") diameter hole through the center of the flange and the wall of the tube assembly.10. Remove any burrs and thoroughly clean the tube assembly and flange.
Illustration 5. Location of tube assembly (6) for 19W1-675.11. Fill the accumulator with dry nitrogen to 5500 kPa (800 psi).12. Operate the machine and check for leaks.13. Put paint on all the new welds and the new parts of the conversion group.
