Information:

Air Conditioner Unit
(1) Remove plugs (1) and (2) and install a 5L4758 Seal (3) as shown. Install the air conditioner unit with the former bolts and washers. Connect electrical plug (4) to the plug on the existing wire. Install 9D7342 Wire Assembly (5) and connect to wire assembly (6) on the air conditioner unit.Receiver Dryer And Lines
(1) Put 9D6891 Hose Assembly (1) through opening (A) and install 5F9144 Seal (2) on the end as shown. Connect hose (1) to the air conditioner unit. Connect the existing heater hoses at locations (B) and (C). (2) Install receiver dryer (3) with 5P1976 Seal between 8D7644 Clamps (4); use S1588 Bolts (5) and 3B4506 Lockwasher. Connect hose assembly (1) to the receiver dryer outlet with a 5F9144 Seal. Connect 9D7342 Wire Assembly (installed earlier) to low pressure cut-off switch (6) on receiver dryer (3). Connect 9D6894 Hose Assembly (7) at location (D). Make sure the 5L4758 Seal has not fallen off at location (D). (3) Connect 9D6892 Hose Assembly (8) to the receiver dryer inlet with a 5F9144 Seal. Put the hose in position over the radiator and connect it to the condenser at location (E) with a 5F9144 Seal as shown. Install five 1S1015 Clips (9) as shown. (4) Put 9D6894 Hose Assembly (7) in position under the radiator guard as shown. Install three 9S2310 Clips (10) and one 9K701 Clip (11) as shown. (5) Install three 4S1962 Clips (12) on hose assembly (7) along the bottom of the radiator as shown. (6) Connect 9D6893 Hose Assembly (13) to the condenser with a 6M5062 Seal. Install a 6D4636 Clip (14) as shown. Move hose (13) over and down along the side of the radiator as shown and install three more 6D4636 Clips (14). Again, install cover (15) on the bottom of the cab with existing bolts and washers. Install all plastic ties.Installation Of Compressor
(1) Remove the fan belts. Remove grease fittings (1); these are needed again. Disconnect the grease lines from bracket assembly (2). Remove bracket assembly (2) and plate (3); these are not needed again. Install 4N4453 Bracket Assembly (4) with three existing bolts. Install 7N975 Bracket Assembly (5) with 3B1915 Bolts (6) and 5M2894 Washers. Install former grease fittings (1) and connect the grease lines. (2) Install 1P9741 Bracket (7) and 4N4471 Bracket (8) on the compressor with 2H3737 Bolts and 9M1974 Washers. Install 4N4449 Bracket (9) with 1A2029 Bolts and 5M2894 Washers. (3) Install 9S3784 Block (10) with S1571 Bolt, 5M2894 Washer and 1D4717 Nut. Remove the existing alternator mounting bolt at location (A) and install 4N4456 Rod Assembly (11) with two 1D4720 Nuts (12) [one each side of block (10)]. Install compressor assembly (13) with S1587 Bolt (14), 2M849 Washer, 3L6670 Retainers and T883 Washers as necessary. Install S1595 Bolt (15), 2M849 Washer, 3L6670 Retainers and T883 Washers as necessary. Install 4N4461 Spacer (16), 1A8537 Bolt (17) and a 4D3704 Washer. Install 4N2745 V-Belt (18). Tighten the belts and all bolts.
