Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Use bolts (16) in order to install sight glass (15). Tighten bolts (16) to a torque of 10 1 N m (89 9 lb in).
Install screen assemblies (14), plates (13), and nuts (12). Tighten nuts (12) to a torque of 20 5 N m (15 4 lb ft).

Install cover assembly (11) and bolts (10) onto hydraulic tank (9).

Install strainer assembly (8) and retaining ring (7) onto hydraulic tank (9).
Install filler cap (2) and retaining ring (7) into cap assembly (1).
Install ball (3), plate (4), and gasket (5) into cap assembly (1).
Install cap assembly (1). End By:
Install the hydraulic tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Tank - Install".
